Graham Stevens, from Navigant’s Energy Practice (and a Moscow resident), will discuss methods of reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the United States, and evaluating the costs vs. efficacy of these options. Graham’s presentation is at 7 pm in room 103 of the Menard Law Building on the University of Idaho campus, with free parking nearby.
